SPC's Business-Acquisition Initiative

Want To Invest In Real Estate But Don't Know Where To Start?

Why we’re adding operating companies
Skyline Point Capital was built on cash-flowing commercial real estate, and that will always be a core focus. Now we’re adding a second engine: acquiring profitable, well-run businesses. It’s a natural next step that widens our investors income streams and draws on the operational, tax, and growth expertise our team has honed for years.
What we’re buying
Our sweet spot is fragmented, service-heavy, business-to-business companies generating $1 – $5 million in EBITDA, where technology adoption still lags. These sectors deliver predictable cash flow, face limited disruption risk, and stand to benefit disproportionately from AI-enabled process improvements. Crucially, they complement our real-estate portfolio by producing steady operating income that isn’t tied to cap-rate cycles.
What this means for you
Optional diversification—on your terms
Business acquisitions will live in stand-alone vehicles. You can elect to invest deal-by-deal alongside (not inside) our real-estate offerings. Your current real-estate investments, distributions, and reporting remain unchanged.
Distinct return profile
Established operating companies generate steady cash flow and equity growth that move differently from property income and valuations.
Familiar stewardship, new arena
Expect the same disciplined underwriting, hands-on oversight, and tax-efficient structuring you already know—applied to businesses instead of buildings.
Tax-advantaged cash flow
Purchase accounting often unlocks accelerated depreciation and bonus deductions, shielding a portion of distributions for those who choose to invest.
Compounding upside over time
Each company joins our shared technology and back-office platform, so efficiencies—and enterprise value—grow with every bolt-on.
We’re excited to open this new avenue for growth and will share individual opportunities as they arise. Thank you for your continued partnership.
Warmly,
Steve Nabity & the Skyline Point Capital Team
