Our sweet spot is fragmented, service-heavy, business-to-business companies generating $1 – $5 million in EBITDA, where technology adoption still lags. These sectors deliver predictable cash flow, face limited disruption risk, and stand to benefit disproportionately from AI-enabled process improvements. Crucially, they complement our real-estate portfolio by producing steady operating income that isn’t tied to cap-rate cycles.
